Stragglers Rod and Kustom Charity Car Show

We need not introduce the long-running Cambridge Charity Show, hosted by Stragglers Rod and Kustom Club. It’s one of the largest shows of its kind in the country, and returns its proceeds to local children with chronic illnesses. Having raised well over six figures for charity to date, it’s a worthy cause — that in itself should be reason enough to attend, let alone the truly great event it is in its own right. Pulling in excess of 1000 classic cars, hot rods, muscle cars, motorbikes, and more, this year’s incarnation is set for Sunday, 24 November at the beautiful Mighty River Domain on the banks of Lake Karapiro. The venue provides plenty of sun and shade for you to fully enjoy everything the show has to offer — live music, a range of food trucks, and free entertainment for children.
Gates open at 9:00am, and things wrap up at 3:00pm. Entry is a gold coin donation. Make sure you get along for the best Sunday you’re likely to have this year!
