Merch Returns and Exchanges

Prowear reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are deemed to have been damaged, worn, tampered with, or the tags have been removed.

Please note certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, such as:

  • Clearance items
  • Sale items
  • Preorders
  • Gift cards

For our return and exchange processes, please see the dropdown menu to the right. All exchanges and returns do not include the cost of shipping both for delivery when purchasing or return shipping to Prowear.

We have a 14-day return policy.

This gives you 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

It is your responsibility to send items back to us.

To start a return, contact us at online.sales@prowear.co.nz.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the items returned on your original payment method at the price you purchased them. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refunds exclude all delivery and return shipping charges.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please get in touch. We will refund the exchange items so you can make a new order.

To start an exchange, contact us at online.sales@prowear.co.nz.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Alternatively you can return the items to our Mt Albert office in person to avoid any extra shipping costs. Please contact us and allow 1-2 days to ensure stock is available to pick up. Office hours are 10:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Preorders are unable to be exchanged or returned unless damaged or faulty. We cannot exchange sizes once orders have been sent out as these are made to order. On occasion we may have extra stock, please contact us on online.sales@prowear.co.nz if you have any concerns or issues.
